          Our Story

Aideen, Laura and Karen founded SustainabilityWorks in early 2019. We felt there was a need

for a different kind of sustainability consultancy in Ireland - one that brings together financial, business, and communications know-how to create solutions that unlock opportunity and

          mobilise action.

          Our Belief

The world is at a critical juncture in the transition to a low carbon future and the need for climate action has never been greater. We understand the power of sustainability to deliver long-term value for all stakeholders. We believe that sustainability does not need to come at the expense of commercial success, or vice versa. We know that sustainability works –

for businesses, for investors, for communities, for all of us.

          Our Values

Our values guide how we work every day in order to achieve our mission. They are central to everything we do.

          Respect

          We give it out

          and expect it back.

          Collaboration

          We partner and share;

there is no room for ego.

          Challenge

          We challenge business

as usual and the status quo.

          Courage

          We aim to be brave,

          not perfect.

          Optimistic

          We are optimistic and

          solution-focused.

          Excellence

          We strive to always do

          the highest quality work.
